Privacy policy

This page describes the planned processing for the search demo. The service operator should review it before public launch.

Demo search limits

To enforce five searches per 24-hour period, Cloudflare supplies the request IP address. The server combines it with a secret and calculates a cryptographic hash. We do not intentionally store the plain-text IP in application storage. The hash and counter are kept in Cloudflare KV for no more than 24 hours.

Cloudflare KV is eventually consistent distributed storage. This limit is intended to reduce demo abuse; it is not billing-grade accounting.

Result cache

Sanitized results may be held in a shared cache for 30 minutes to reduce calls to the search service. The cache is not associated with a visitor identifier.

Publisher and contact

To be completed by the publisher before launch: legal identity, address, contact details, and applicable rights request process.

Hosting and processors

The website and functions are intended to run on Cloudflare Pages. API subscriptions and billing are managed by RapidAPI as described on the product listing.
